Diane M. Littlepage is the founder
of Littlepage & Associates, a
seasoned trial lawyer, and
concentrates on pur suing medical
negligence cases through the firm’s
offices located in the
Baltimore/Washington area and the
Eastern Shore of Maryland. She
is licensed in Maryland and
Washington, D.C.
Ms. Littlepage is a nurse attorney
who is uniquely qualified to manage
medical negligence legal cases and
also is associated with other
attorneys and nurse attorneys. A
native of Richmond, Virginia, Ms. Littlepage is a graduate of the
University of Baltimore School of
Law where
she was a member of one of
the school’s national Moot Court
teams, winning a "best oral
advocate" award at the national
competition. Ms. Littlepage is also
a 1979 graduate of Richmond Memorial
Hospital School of Nursing and has a
Bachelor of Arts degree from Roanoke
College in Salem, Virginia.
A member of the Maryland, District
of Columbia and U.S. Court of
Federal Claims bars, Ms. Littlepage
is an active member of the Maryland
State Bar Association, District of
Columbia Bar Association, American
Association for Justice, a member of
and past trustee of the Anne Arundel
County Bar Association, a member of
and trustee of Paca-Brent Inns of
Court, and a member of the
Chesapeake Nurse Attorneys. Ms. Littlepage is a founding board
member of the Medical Malpractice
Section and a member of the Board of
Maryland Association for Justice of
the Maryland Trial Lawyers
Association. Ms. Littlepage is also
a settlement officer and civil
mediator for courts throughout the
state. Ms. Littlepage has been a
nationally certified Critical Care
Registered Nurse and Advanced
Cardiac Life Support Instructor.
Because of her outstanding
achievements, Ms. Littlepage has
been offered membership in the
Million Dollar Advocates Forum and
the American Board of Trial
Advocates. Her biography has been
selected for publication in Who’s
Who in American Law, the Bar
Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers in
America (medical negligence), Who’s
Who in America, and Outstanding
Young Women in America.
Ms. Littlepage has lectured
extensively on medical negligence
issues for legal and medical groups,
including the University of Maryland
School of Medicine, the Institute of
Paralegal Studies, and the Veteran’s
Administration Hospital. Ms. Littlepage is a regular lecturer on
medical malpractice and trial
practices to attorney and has been a
guest lecturer and an adjunct
faculty member of Anne Arundel
Community College.

beneficial in her representation of
patients injured because of

in her meeting with members of
Congress and the Maryland General
Assembly to support victim rights.
